People Pride Progress
Hi, I lived in Bay many years ago as a teenager and had the best times of my life living in that small town. Way back when I was about 18, Warren Gulley was the Sherriff and on New Years at the stroke of midnight he and all of us teenagers would go thru town winding thru the streets honking our horns and such. Anyways, I wrote because I saw your page and I wanted to say something to to say something about a very special person that lived there a long time ago. After I had moved away from Bay, I later came back as a struggling single parent. God truly sent me my own special Angel, and her name was Billie Turman. This remarkable woman did not konw me but was there for me, all the time. she was my anchor when I felt like I was sinking. So if you know her, please tell her that she changed my life. And that Bay truly does have an Angel. Thanks Darlene
