The heart of the system is the sophisticated yet simple Voice Touch Console (VTC) which makes the system easy for every member of the family to use. It's large LCD display and English language menu minimize guesswork when operating the system. In addition, the VTC has built-in Voice Guidance Capability. When selected, Voice Guidance will verbally lead you through the many functions of the system and make learning about the system easy and fun.
Three Levels of Detection
Until now, you and your family had to rely on the perimeter of your home as the first line of defense against intrusion. However when protecting your loved ones, that is usually a little too close for comfort. The Vantage Total Security System increases your level of detection capability by utilizing advanced sensor technology to increase your level of Perimeter Awareness. With our unique 3 Level Detection Method, you will have a higher level of Security and Peace of Mind.
LEVEL 1
The A Zone is comprised of Wireless Outdoor Sensors which detect intruders at the outer most perimeter of your property. This zone activates a chime on the Voice Touch Console and can be programmed to turn on outside lighting during night time hours.
LEVEL 2
The B Zone detects motion near the home (from 6' to 40' from the sensor). This sensor is designed to do more than simply warn of an intruders approach. Once the sensor is activated, a chime sounds inside, lights can be programmed to come on both inside and outside and a verbal warning is designed to deter the intruder from ever attempting a break-in. This feature, unique to Vantage Total Security System will let intruders know they have been detected.
LEVEL 3
The C Zone consists of any perimeter doors, windows or motion detectors connected to your system. This is the area that when violated by an intruder could create an audible alarm and notify the Police (Monitoring Service). In addition, the Vantage Total Security System can be programmed to turn on outside and inside lighting in the event an alarm occurs. This would have the effect of deterring the criminals and drawing attention to your home.
