Meeting called to order at 2pm

Pledge of allegiance.

Discussed the upcoming membership drive to be held at Craighead Forest Park on May the 5th at 2:30pm.

Curtis announced that ABATE District II is now a sustained member of the Motorcycle Riders Foundation.

Motion was made and carried to let Slim spend $100 on food for the membership drive.

Motion was made and passed to let Stanley Bennett lay out the route for the Possum Dodger on the 15th & 16th of June.

Be on the look out for vendors, parts, food, t-shirts etc. Danny Stewart is to check on a band for the Possum Dodger.

Discussed the Poker run that was held on April 6th. There was a total of 88 hands played for a total of $455. After band was payed and expenses like food etc. $180 was cleared. Congratulations goes to "Fish" who won the best hand and Jennifer Combs who won the worst. Both of them donated the money back to ABATE. Thank you both very much.

Special guest Phillip Barnett from Dist. #1 informed us that they too would be having a Possum Dodger this year.

DD made a flier for our poker run

Discussed a membership drive and how to get new members

Sarge made motion to place a membership signup table at ABATE Dist. 2 Possum Dodger to allow easy signup for new members, motion carried

Try to put a signup table at all Dist. 2 events

Slim made a motion to move membership drive to 1st weekend in May, motion carried

May 5th meeting will be at Craighead Forrest Park @ 2:30 pm

Wayne to reserve a pavillion

Sarge to cook and get food, better bring your rolaids.

We need a band to play at the Possum Dodger

Put a $200 cap on hiring a band
